How we explain the records

One registered phase at a time

We use the registration number to keep phases separate. Home numbers are shown with their filed building, because the same number can occur in different buildings.

Prices and sale status

We divide each sold or booked entry’s agreement value by its carpet area in square feet. The median is the middle of those rates. We show it only with at least five eligible entries, excluding rates outside ₹1,500–₹200,000 per sq ft as filing artefacts. Unsold valuations and government reference rates do not enter this calculation.

These are historical reported agreements, not current asking prices. The figures can include different sizes and property types. A home marked unsold in a dated record may no longer be available.

Dates, progress and missing values

The date beside a fact tells you when its source was read, not when a home sold. A file-date estimate is labelled. Registration status does not certify occupation; a passed completion target does not establish current delay. Cost incurred is not a construction-completion percentage. Missing information is not zero.

Documents and drawings

Free pages describe the saved register. Report illustrations are labelled excerpts with their own sources and read dates. A sanctioned drawing is not proof of what has been built. We do not measure floor areas from images.

Building-by-building summaries

We group entries by the building name in the filed home list. Each row counts sold, booked, unsold and other or unstated statuses separately. The carpet-area range uses positive stated areas; entries without one are counted separately. A filed entry may be a home, shop or another type of property. We do not infer bedrooms or storeys from its label or floor code.

Publication and corrections

Quietlist Private Limited is responsible for these pages. Free pages are generated from dated public records and explained with the same published calculation rules. Paid drawing reports are separately prepared and reviewed; a free record page is not a drawing inspection. A refreshed record can change a figure, and a correction can change its explanation. Neither a new page date nor a registration status certifies the property.
