A shared free-comparison link contains project registration numbers, not your home preferences or contact information. Report preferences remain in the page until you proceed to checkout; reloading clears them. When you order, email and order information are used for fulfilment and support under the company’s complete privacy policy.

Measuring how the site is used

We use first-party measurement to understand which pages and reports are useful. A random browser-tab session identifier expires after 30 minutes without activity. Events record the page type, project registration, report choice and a broad source category such as search or community sites.

Our analytics events do not contain your email, home number, preferences, search text, full referring URL, IP address or full browser user-agent string. Payment totals and delivery status come from our order records, not from browser events. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings by not sending these analytics events. Hosting security logs are separate from this measurement.
