| 31 December 2020 | Dear Sir, The project Gagan Nulife Phase 2 is registered with RERA Authority under Registration no P52100002941 on 04/10/2017 wherein, the date of completion of Gagan Nulife Phase 2 is declared as 31st December 2019. We have initiated booking in the said project in the month of August 2015 and proposes the customers to book the units in pre-launch offer. At the time of Launch, we got remarkable response from the customers wherein about 73 units were booked out of total 128 units. Looking to amazing response we registered the said project with RERA Authority & declared the date of completion as 31st December 2019 thereafter due to bad market conditions & diverse situations the customers were not keen to come forward for execution & registration of unit agreements, resulting till date we have registered only 29 unit Agreements. The result is that we being the Builder / Promoter facing huge financial problems therefore we are unable to Speed up the construction work on site. In addition to that we are in process to arrange our own funding for construction & completion of project which process will be time consuming therefore request you to grant us a reasonable extension for a period of one year & also request you to please accept our new completion date as 30th December 2020 |

The project is a senior Citizen project wherein all flats are allotted to only customers who are above 50 years of Age, As phase one is completed wherein around 200 families are residing & to take care of their safety precautions stay of labors on site was not allowed until there vaccinations drive was not carried out. This resulted in delay of construction activity of Phase 2 so now we are applying for extension upto 31/03/2022 with consent letters of Allottees |
