| 20 November 2027 | We, ASIAN VENTURES, hereby declare the following with respect to the project RIVA bearing Registration No. P52100004157 registered under MahaRERA. The delay in completion of the project has occurred due to procurement challenges, site-related issues, coordination constraints, and temporary financial constraints. We further submit that we are in the process of obtaining a part Occupancy Certificate from the Local Governing Authority for Floors 1 to 8 within the next two months, and subsequently for Floors 9 to 14. We are closely monitoring the progress and taking all necessary steps to ensure completion of the project. In view of the above, we kindly request an extension until 20/11/2027 to complete the project and comply with all regulatory requirements. We seek your understanding and approval of this request. |
