| 31 December 2025 | At present we have completed 1 Building comprising of Wing A & B, out of the 5 wings sanctioned and we have received Part Completion/ Occupancy certificate for the wing A and wing B for the (called as Phase I for short) from the Municipal Corporation of Pimpri Chinchwad which is uploaded on the Maha RERA website. We have only allotted units out of A & B Wing and have the consent of all for the allottees in the Agreements executed. The under construction of (Phase 2) building housing C, D & E wing have all unsold/unallotted units. Wing C, D and E of the project are delayed due to delayed approval’s from Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and current market conditions. It’s not possible for us to complete the entire project in as per above mentioned date and hence we request you to, kindly extend the project completion date from the current date for Wing C, D & E up-to 31st December 2025. We are willing to pay necessary fees as may be applicable for the same. |
