The situation further aggravated to break in supply chain of construction materials, shortage of labors at construction site due to migration, crunch in cash flow due to impact of sale etc. 3)The administrative offices of Pune Municipal Corporation and other concerned authorities were closed due to pandemic and later carried out with limited number of employees/staffs which is causing irregularities in the work. |
