Prices reported to RERA

What prices have been reported?

₹4,010/ sq ft carpet area

Across 85 sold or booked entries with reported prices. The middle 80% of rates fall between ₹3,090 and ₹7,026.

MahaRERA · per-home inventory · saved-file date 18 July 2026

How is this calculated?

For each sold or booked entry, we divide the reported agreement value by its carpet area in square feet. The median is the middle rate when these rates are put in order. We show it only when at least five entries have prices. We exclude valuations of unsold homes and government reference rates. The figures may include different sizes and property types. They are historical agreement values, not current asking prices or the total cost including extra charges.

Reported deadline extensions

Revised targetReason given by the builder
1 May 2023Respected Sir /Madam, The project development work of the project ‘SUNRISE CITY’ is underway and we are leaving no stone unturned to finish the project work at the earliest but due to various reasons and adverse circumstances we are unable to complete the project by 01/05/2022. We have done the revised estimate of time required for completion and we are confident to complete the project by 01/05/2023. Following are some of the important reasons for delay of SUNRISE CITY project. a. The Covid 19 Virus has caused a major disruption in the entire economy and the real estate sector is worst affected among all. The site development work had gone sand still for more than 6-8 months. b. We were facing various challenges including non receipt progress payments from customers, shortage of labour and essential raw material, and fear in the minds of staff members due to rising cases of Covid 19 in Pune etc. c. Due to factors discussed in above there has been a delay in completion of the project. d. We are confident that in all possibility we will be able to complete the project by 01/05/2023. You are requested to kindly grant an extension for registration till 01/05/2023 and oblige. Thank You
1 May 2024We seek extension for the project for one year due to delay in construction activities. We have obtained consent of majority of sold apartment owners. Request you to grant the extension at earliest. We would be committed to finish the project within the extended due date of completion. With this application, we have attached consent of allottees, Form B duly notarized with updated Date of completion and other documents for your reference. Request you to go through the same and approve the extension
30 September 2025We apologize for the delay in the completion of the project and the submission of this request. The delay has occurred due to issues with procurement, unforeseen site conditions, coordination challenges, delays in obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC), and temporary financial constraints. Despite these setbacks, we are working diligently to address these issues and complete the remaining work. We are closely monitoring progress and taking all necessary steps to ensure timely completion. Given the circumstances, we kindly request an extension until 30th September 2025 to complete the project and fulfil all regulatory requirements
31 March 2026We are currently unable to secure the Full Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the project owing to the pending issuance of the Lift No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant department. This outstanding clearance has resulted in a delay in project completion. Therefore, the promoter respectfully requests an extension of the project timeline to accommodate the resolution of this matter.
