| 23 December 2025 | Contingencies arising during the Corona period made it inevitable to make some changes in the project, so the revised design of A and c wings of the project was delayed by the concerned sanctioning authority, then due to the lack of response from the contractor labors and the customers, the sale was delayed. |
| 23 December 2026 | We respectfully submit that the construction work of the project has been substantially completed as per the sanctioned plans. The application for issuance of the Occupancy Certificate (OC) has already been submitted to the competent planning authority, and the same is under process. The delay in obtaining the Occupancy Certificate is primarily due to procedural requirements, inspections, and administrative processing at the level of the concerned authority, which is beyond the control of the promoter. No major structural work remains pending. Only minor finishing touches and compliance-related formalities, if any, are being addressed to meet the requirements of the authority. To ensure continuous regulatory compliance and to avoid any technical lapse in the validity of MahaRERA registration during the period required for issuance of the Occupancy Certificate, we are seeking an extension of the project registration. A detailed status report and PERT Chart indicating completion milestones and expected timelines are enclosed herewith. In view of the above, we kindly request the Authority to grant an extension of the project registration up to 23-12-2026, to enable us to obtain the Occupancy Certificate and complete all regulatory formalities. We assure the Authority of our full cooperation and compliance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder. |
