However, M/s Sharma Construction Company was not able to complete this project because of various reason. 2. We, R J Construction a registered partnership firm through its partners Mr. Suresh Gopal Jadhav and Mr. Akkiratnaya Reddy have recently acquired/ taken over the said incomplete project from M/s Sharma Construction Company vide registered document after taking appropriate permission from RERA authority . 3. As M/s Sharma Construction left some work incomplete, R J Construction wants to complete the remaining project however for various reasons including pandemic some time is required to complete the pending project and obtain necessary certificate from respective authority. |
