| 25 March 2020 | Out of the Entire Project, 60 to 70% of the Project has already been completed and possession of the independent plot/s to Purchaser/s are handed over. The Entire project wall compound is duly completed. The Promoter herein is allotting each Plot holder with the Plot duly compounded. However few Plot/s are to be independently compounded and some ground level work of the Plot which are unsold is required to be done. The Work is in progress in respect of amenities to be given to the Plot holders. Time will required to complete the said amenities namely Club House, Children Play Area, 24x7 Security with CCTV, Swimming Pool, Water Storage Tank, Temple etc. The Promoter/Developer was slightly in financial crunch hence could not complete the aforesaid works within the stipulated time. The Developer/Promoter assured that the said work would be completed within 11 months, however seeking extension for period of one year so that there is no hindrances in completing the project as stated above. |
