31 December 2026Respected Sir/Madam, We hereby apply for extension of registration for the project Swapnpurti Residency, registered under MahaRERA bearing Registration No. 52100014028, which expired on 30/01/2024. I. Reasons for Extension Completion of Construction: We are pleased to report that the construction of both J1 and J2 Wing of the Swapnpurti Residency project has been successfully completed. Consequently, Fire NOC, Lift NOC, Certificate of Rainwater Harvesting, Structural Stability certificate and Completion NOC has been procured. However, certain procedural formalities, including the issuance of Occupancy Certificate are currently in progress. (Fire NOC, Lift NOC, Certificate of Rainwater Harvesting, Structural Stability certificate and Completion NOC, Application for occupancy certificate are enclosed herewith). Delay due to Election Duties: During recent elections, municipal staff were engaged in election-related duties, resulting in delays in processing approvals and issuance of the OC. This directly impacted our possession commitments as reflected on the MahaRERA portal. Shortage of Material, Labour, and Funds: The project also faced unavoidable delays due to intermittent shortages of construction material, limited labour availability, and funding constraints during critical stages, affecting procurement and statutory compliances. Other Factors: Regulatory changes and procedural updates required revisions to approvals, extending the overall project timeline up to 31/12/2026. Considering the above, we respectfully request extension of project registration up to 31/12/2026. We assure full compliance with all applicable laws and MahaRERA requirements. II. Planning for Completion Construction is 100% complete for both wings. We plan to obtain the Occupancy Certificate by 31/12/2026, thereafter hand over possession to allottees, submit Form 4, and complete conveyance formalities within the extended period. III. Supporting Documents a. Consent Form (Format-B) b. Explanatory Note with supporting documents c. Self-Declaration d. Form B e. Undertaking on Rs. 500 stamp paper regarding updating MahaRERA portal details within 15 days of receiving extension certificate We humbly request your kind consideration of our application.
