| 30 October 2025 | Respected Sir/Madam, We, the promoter of the project Mount Vista, bearing MahaRERA Registration Number P52100014425, hereby submit this explanatory note in support of our application for extension of the project registration. The Mount Vista project consists of three wings – A Wing, B Wing, and C Wing. We are pleased to inform you that A Wing is fully completed. Furthermore, for B Wing and C Wing, the RCC structure and internal plastering work have been fully completed. Only the finishing works (such as tiling, painting, plumbing, and fixtures) remain to be carried out for these two wings. We assure the Authority that we are making every effort to expedite the remaining work and are fully committed to completing all construction activities for Wings B and C on or before 30th October 2025. In view of the above, we respectfully request you to grant an extension of the project registration up to 20th October 2025. We are confident that we will obtain the Occupation Certificate (OC) well before 30th October 2025. We humbly request the Authority to consider our application favourably and grant us the requested extension. Thanking you. |
