| 10 May 2026 | Due to a minor delay beyond the originally stipulated completion date, the Occupancy Certificate was received on 29/07/2025. Since the date of the Occupancy Certificate is later than the declared project completion date, the system is not permitting submission of the Completion Application. Accordingly, an extension up to 10/05/2026 (or such extended time as permissible under the applicable provisions) is respectfully sought to enable the Promoter to file the Completion Application and to comply with any further statutory or procedural requirements, if necessary. Further, we submit the following for your kind consideration: Affidavit for Plan Update & Correction: An affidavit for update and correction of plans is being uploaded. The necessary updates will be carried out on the portal immediately within the prescribed time upon grant of the extension. QPR Compliance: The latest Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) have already been submitted. Mismatch in Portal Data vs. Approved Records: Certain discrepancies have been identified between the information currently reflected on the MahaRERA portal and the approved plans and actual unit details. As per approved records, the total number of units is 142 (42 Sold, 22 Landowner Allotted, 78 Promoter Reserved). However, the portal presently reflects 143 units. These mismatches occurred while migration & as correction was not permitted on the portal at the relevant time. The same shall be rectified through the Project Correction module immediately upon approval of the extension. Mismatch in Professional Details: There is also a discrepancy between the name/details of certain professionals reflected on the portal and those mentioned in the updated statutory forms. The same shall also be corrected once the correction window is enabled after grant of extension. SRO Membership Certificate: The SRO Membership Certificate issued by CREDAI Pune is being submitted herewith for your reference and record. |
