| 28 December 2027 | *Added new wing I, Pratik Deshmukh, Promoter of the Project Sky County, hereby inform and convey to you that, previously the Completion Date for the Project was 01/05/2025. This project is being implemented under PMAY Scheme and the previous Approval Authority and implementing agency for the project was Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). Due to lack of information and guidance from the PMRDA the project was not reflecting on the Central Housing Portal/Website. Precious time was lost in all the follow-ups with the PMRDA, ultimately to no avail. We then approached MHADA and it took over the Project and became the implementing and approval authority by issuing Order regarding the same. Hence, PMRDA was no longer the approval authority. All this work took tremendous amount of time to succeed and meanwhile I could not initiate the Work of the project in a timely manner, also, I was unable to make any progress in the project once registered under MahaRERA. Keeping the delay in mind and the importance of project completion in a timely manner we have proposed the completion date to 28th December 2027. Hence, I request you to accept my application for Extension of project. I have disclosed all the required information on the MahaRERA Portal along with the Order of MHADA. |
