| 30 June 2026 | We apologize for the delay in the completion of the project and the submission of this request. The delay has occurred due to issues with procurement, unforeseen site conditions, coordination challenges and temporary financial constraints. Despite these setbacks, we are working diligently to address these issues and complete the remaining work. As of now, 57% of the project is completed. We are in the final stages and will apply for the Occupancy Certificate once the remaining work is finished. We are closely monitoring progress and taking all necessary steps to ensure timely completion. Given the circumstances, we kindly request an extension until 30-06-2026 to complete the project and fulfil all regulatory requirements. |
