| 30 December 2030 | It is respectfully submitted that no flats or units in the project have been sold till date and, therefore, no rights have been created in favour of any allottee and no customer has suffered any financial, legal, or monetary loss due to the delay. The project could not be commenced earlier due to unresolved differences between the landowners and the developers regarding certain terms and conditions of the development agreement, and despite continuous efforts, the discussions remained inconclusive, resulting in delay in obtaining necessary permissions and initiating construction activities. In order to maintain full compliance with RERA provisions and transparency, no bookings or advances have been accepted from any prospective purchasers. The promoter remains fully committed to completing the project strictly as per the sanctioned plans and applicable regulations; however, as construction has now commenced and to ensure systematic execution of the remaining work in a safe, planned, and compliant manner, additional time is required. Hence, considering that the project remains unsold and in the interest of orderly and compliant completion of the project, the promoter humbly requests grant of extension of the project completion date up to 31/12/2030. |
