| 31 December 2026 | Dear Sir/Ma’am, We, Bloom Infrastructure, hereby declare the following with respect to the project “BLOOM RESIDENCY - A, B and Commercial Wing” bearing registration number P52100034545 registered under MahaRERA 1. Status of Work Completed: We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the 100% of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work for the buildings. Currently, we are undertaking the finishing work, which includes plastering, flooring, electrical fittings, and other essential internal and external works. 2. Expected Timeline for Completion: We are committed to completing all balance works and applying for the Occupation Certificate (OC) promptly. We anticipate receiving the OC before 31st December 2026. 3. Consent from Allottees: We have obtained consent from 51.90% of the allottees, indicating their support for the extension request and the continuation of the project towards timely completion. 4. Reason for Delay: The delay in completion has been due to unforeseen challenges, Despite these hurdles, we have maintained steady progress and are now in the final stages of the project. 5. Attached herewith the CPM Report and detailed project planning schedule outlining the timeline and milestones for completing the remaining work. 6. Request for Extension: In view of the above, we respectfully request an extension of the project completion timeline to ensure a smooth transition and timely delivery to our valued allottees. This extension will enable us to complete all pending works with due diligence and quality standards. We sincerely urge you to grant the requested extension, which is crucial for the successful completion of the project and to uphold the commitments made to our allottees. |
