Shortage of construction material of sand, in the entire Pune district for the period of along 2-3 months in December 2022 , due to which constructed activities on site was affected. 5. Construction of road opposite the site since February 2025 , due to which heavy vehicle are restricted, which result in slow down of construct activities as RMC supply timing was restricted. The work is still going on. |
