| 30 November 2027 | Initially, as per local authority regulations, the sanctioned plan for "Samaira Tower" included LG+UG+3 floors with basic FSI. Subsequently, the plan was revised to maximize its full potential, and the revised sanctioned plan now includes LG+UG+16 floors. In light of this, we have obtained the consent of the allottees and applied for necessary corrections with MahaRERA. The construction process requires additional time to align with the revised sanctioned plan. We require additional time to complete the construction as per the revised plan and to obtain the Occupancy Certificate. Hence, we respectfully seek an extension of the project deadline until 30/11/2027. |
