Since the sanctioned built-up area mentioned in the initial registration differs from the revised approved plans, direct project closure cannot be sought. Further, a query has been raised by MahaRERA regarding the expiry of the project completion date. Accordingly, the extension is essential to complete the correction process and thereafter apply for project closure. |
