| 30 June 2026 | Dear Sir/Ma’am, We, Presidency Hospitality Limited, hereby declare the following with respect to the project “PRESIDENCY TOWERS” bearing registration number P52100050059 registered under MahaRERA In this regard, we respectfully state as under: 1. Application for Extension We hereby confirm that we Are applying for extension of the above-mentioned project under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and request that the extension be granted up to 30 June 2026. 2. Status of Sales We hereby clarify and confirm that no units in the said project have been sold to date, and therefore no rights of any allottee are affected by the present application for extension. 3. Occupancy Certificate Obtained We further state that the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the project has already been obtained, and the project is substantially completed. 4. Clarification Regarding Sanctioned Plans and Units We wish to bring to your notice that there is a mismatch in the sanctioned number of units as presently reflected on the MahaRERA portal vis-à-vis the Final Occupancy Certificate approved plans, which requires correction on the MahaRERA portal. 5. Submission of Corrected Details and Project Closure Upon grant of the Extension Certificate, we undertake to immediately apply for correction of the sanctioned number of units and upload the correct sanctioned plans, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupancy Certificate (OC), and all other relevant and updated project details on the MahaRERA portal. We further undertake that on or before 30 June 2026, we shall complete all requisite compliances, correct the project profile, and apply for closure of the project on the MahaRERA portal. 6. Commitment to Compliance We hereby affirm our commitment to full compliance with all provisions, rules, regulations, and directions issued by MahaRERA and assure that all corrected and updated project information shall be uploaded accurately and within the stipulated timelines. We request you to kindly take the above on record and consider our application for extension favorably. |
