| 30 June 2026 | The said project was registered with MahaRERA on 19/07/2023. We state that the construction of the project is 100% complete. The Occupancy Certificate has been issued by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on 16/12/2025, and possession has been handed over to the allottees on or before 31/12/2025. The Occupancy Certificate has also been uploaded under the Completion tab on the MahaRERA portal. However, at the time of project registration, the Built-Up Area (BUA) recorded on the MahaRERA portal differs from the BUA mentioned in the Occupancy Certificate. Due to this discrepancy, the Occupancy Certificate was not accepted and has been rejected by the Hon’ble Secretary. We are therefore required to obtain an extension of the project completion date prior to applying for correction of the BUA details. In view of the above, we humbly request the Hon’ble Authority to grant an extension of the project completion period up to 31/05/2026 |
