However, delays have occurred due to: i. Our project is located in hilly area, due to Prolonged monsoon seasons in 2024 and 2025, causing landslides and soil erosion typical to hilly areas, halting work for approximately 4-5 months cumulatively. ii. Supply chain disruptions for materials suited to hilly construction, such as reinforced concrete and drainage systems iii. Challenges in obtaining specialized equipment and skilled labor for slope stabilization and terracing, exacerbated by the site's steep gradients. We request an extension of the project timeline. We confirm our commitment to fulfilling all obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Maharashtra Real Estate Rules, 2017 during the extended period. We will also ensure all documentation, including the RERA Certificate reflecting the project’s completion date, is made available as required for the execution of sale agreements and interactions with registering authorities and financing banks |
