| 31 December 2030 | We apologize for the delay in the completion of the project and the submission of this request. The delay has occurred primarily due to prolonged heavy rains in the region. As the project site is located in a mountainous and forested area, the terrain becomes highly challenging during the monsoon season. Continuous rainfall led to unstable soil conditions, restricted access for machinery, and unsafe working conditions for labour, resulting in unavoidable suspension and slowdown of construction activities. Additionally, due to the difficult topography and environmental sensitivity of the area, preliminary works such as site leveling, excavation, and foundation preparation required more time and caution. These factors collectively caused an overall delay of about one year in the commencement and smooth progress of the construction work. Given these circumstances, we kindly request an extension until 31-12-2030 to complete the project and fulfil all regulatory requirements. |
