| 31 December 2025 | Amrutkalash Properties project was Registered with Rera No.P52100004921 the said project sanctioned by PMRDA on 11.07. 2017 due to post demonetization. The construction was started in 2018. There was slow booking hence, only one building i.e. 'B' Building (56 Flats ) started and it is now under completion. Building 'A' (52flats)and building 'C' (56flats) construction not started and also booking not taken for 'A' and 'C' building. Due to Covid 2019 and because of labour problem construction could not done in 2019- 2020 for building B. Now, we require extension for 'A' and 'C' building till March 2025.and for under construction building B till MARCH 2023. We have obtained consent of 53% Flat purchasers (31 out of 38 sold flats in 'B' building. Kindly consider our extension request. |
| 31 December 2027 | The Project Registration Certificate was obtained in 2017, due to post demonetization Booking of the Units were slow and same was continued in Covid-19 and post pandemic till 2020-2021 as the Project is in Rural / Suburban Area in Pune. Unfortunately, one of the Partner died in November 2021 and due to financial difficulties, the project construction work was slowed down. That as on date we have completed 90 percent work for Building B in the Project and we are also in process of obtaining Completion Certificate for B Building from the Local Authority i.e. Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). The construction work for C Building has been commenced from 2023 and more than 50 percent work of said Building is completed. The A Building is also under construction and we will complete it by the proposed Extension Date of Completion i.e. 31st December 2027. Therefore we Request you to consider our Date for Project Extension Request and grant us Project Extension Certificate for Completion of the Project. |
