| 31 December 2026 | We state that the registration validity of the said project is going to expire on June 30, 2025, and pursuant to the same we have filed an application seeking further extension till Dec 2026 as provided under Section 7 of the act. The delay to achieve completion of the project is neither wilful or deliberate but due to various factors such as fallout of COIVD Pandemic, labour exodus, issues with project execution contractors and certain mitigation circumstances. We also wish to state and submit wish to state that the building is standalone building in which we have completed more than 25% of the work. We also wish to state and submit that we have not made any sales for the floors which are above ten floors. At this juncture though we have filed an application under Section 7 of the act, we are unable to obtain the consent of 51% from the allotees. we further wish to state and submit that we have completed more than 25% of the work. Further the construction is progressing rapidly and for the same plan of development with progress report has been attached for your easy reference. We also wish to state and submit that with respect to phase 1 of the same project which is already been completed and received OC for the same. Therefore, we hereby wish to state and submit that as we are at the completion stage of the construction, therefore, we request this Hon’ble authority to grant us the extension under this application. We, therefore, pray that the project registration validity be extended up to Dec 31, 2026, under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. |
