| 30 May 2026 | Respected Sir, We respectfully submit that the Promoter had earlier applied for closure of the MahaRERA registration of the project upon receipt of the Occupancy Certificate (OC), and the said closure application was under scrutiny before the Authority. While the said closure application was pending scrutiny, the project registration stood lapsed. During the course of such scrutiny, the Authority raised a query indicating that certain details/information furnished in the application require correction/modification. In view of the above circumstances, the Promoter has applied for extension of the project registration. The Promoter hereby undertakes that, upon grant of the said extension, a Post-Facto Correction Application shall be filed to rectify and update the requisite details/information as may be required by the Authority. We therefore respectfully request the Authority to kindly take the above submission on record and grant necessary consideration in the matter. |
