These factors collectively disrupted construction activities, affected productivity, and extended project timelines. The developer has acted in good faith and exercised due diligence in managing the project under challenging conditions. All possible steps have been taken to minimize delays and resume construction activities at the earliest opportunity. The delay is therefore attributable to genuine and unavoidable circumstances, and not due to negligence or lack of intent on the part of the developer. |
