| 29 June 2026 | The project is an Integrated Township, was registered under MahaRERA on 30/08/2021. However, certain critical and uncontrollable delays have impacted our execution timeline. We respectfully submit the following reasons for your kind consideration: • Delayed Environmental Clearance (EC): Application for revised EC was submitted on 12/02/2022 (attached) as per statutory requirements. • The EC was granted only on 09/01/2023, resulting in a delay of approx. 1 year and 4 months post-RERA registration. • Construction could not legally commence prior to receipt of EC. • Impact of Pune District Mining & Crusher Industry Strikes: Strikes in December 2022 and again in 2024 led to a further delay of approximately 2.5 months. • Post-strike periods also faced acute shortages of raw materials, especially concrete and aggregates, further hindering progress. • Construction Progress: The project is currently 80% complete. Only internal works remain, which are already in progress. • PERT Chart and recent site photographs are annexed for reference. Despite the above challenges—which cumulatively account for delay of 18 months in total but we are now fully mobilised and in a strong position to complete the balance work within the extension period of 12 months. We therefore humbly request your kind approval for only 12 months of extension of the said project. |
