| 29 June 2024 | due to the covid 19 pandemic, we were not able to construct anymore because of lack of labour contractors and the poor market conditions we were unable to complete the project within the due time. |
| 31 December 2025 | We are developing a Commercial Project under the name and style “Solitaire Business Hub Phase 1 -Solitaire World” It is stated that the construction and development of the said Project started as per the timelines under RERA. However, the Project got delayed due to the following factors/challenges viz., i. Effect of Covid-19 pandemic, wherein the Government declared nationwide lockdown entire nation suffered a global pandemic i.e., Covid-19 pandemic and various circular orders were passed due to which the construction and development of the said Project stalled, we faced several challenges that adversely affected the construction activities and the project got delayed due to major challenges as stated in Extension application. ii. Further, the appointed contractor/s faced shortage of manpower during Covid-19 pandemic resulting into lack of availability of labor contractors as many of them migrated back to their native places during the lockdown which resulted in shortage of manpower in the market. Due to which reorganizing the labors, restoring the construction and development of the Project took considerable time. Please find attached herewith email reminder sent to contractor to increase the labor at the project. We also faced material shortage during and aftermath of Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in stalling the project. iii. Thereafter we had to face another challenge in the construction and development activities of the Project i.e., the project got surrounded with the illegal huts having slum encroachments thereby causing obstruction in smooth construction activities. We faced a lot of inconvenience in removing the illegal huts as there was involvement of external elements which were beyond our control that took us considerable time and therefore the project got delayed. A copy of photographs in support thereof is annexed herewith. The work of the project is in process and the RCC work, and Masonry Work is already completed, further the finishing activities are also 72% completed, it will take a further period of 12 Months to complete the overall development of the whole Tower A Commercial building. |
