| 15 December 2028 | The project consist of 1 sanctioned building with 25 sanctioned floors. The project is presently in its execution stage of completion. We are currently engaged in completing RCC works. The delay in completing the RCC works has been caused by various factors. These factors had a cascading effect on the commencement of the finishing activities of lower floors. d. The situation remained difficult despite our best efforts to address these problems, such as our attempt to retain labour on-site. Now that the RCC activities have started to be executed in a timely fashion we are optimistic that we would also be able to execute finishing activities at the required pace for executed floors. However, due to delays seen in the past as mentioned above, we are now required to update the project's completion schedule and request an extension till 15-12-2028. e. Additionally, we wish to inform you that there are NO SOLD UNITS as on date. Neither any commitments to customers have been made nor the any booking amount has been received. We intend to execute an agreement with the customer to mention the date of possession on or before 15-12-2028. Kindly process our application and grant us the extension till 15-12-2028. After careful consideration of the current circumstances and the challenges faced, we propose a revised completion timeline. We expect the project to be completed within 15-12-2028. That till date, no application for extension of the project registration has ever been made or granted. The present application is the first and last application seeking extension under Section 6 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. That the present extension is sought for a period less than twelve (12) months, and the revised proposed date of completion for the project is 15-12-2028. We kindly request you to consider our application for an extension under Section 6 of MAHARERA, considering the circumstances explained above and the supporting documents provided. We assure you to expedite the project's completion and comply with all the applicable provisions of MAHARERA. |
